History blurb
It's.. not very good.
Basically he's an orphan with no real family who ended up in the assassination business. Lost his wife due to an accident on a job once, will always blame himself for it. Ended up with a partner thanks to his info broker. Kazuki then bullies his way into this man's life. Forces him to clean up his act (he'd literally been living in a house that was covered in garbage, smoke everywhere, and with poor hygiene) and starts crashing at his place temporarily. Only it's been years and he's still there. Keeping the apartment clean and making sure his partner eats something not instant ramen, delivery, or convenience store food.
In the series they end up taking in the secret lovechild of a man they killed. Learning how to parent a child, they both learn a bit more about how to human. It's very cute.

about 6', solidly muscular. Blonde hair, red eyes. Quite fit.
Personality:
On the surface, Kazuki is kind of like that charming guy from the neighborhood. Everyone likes him, he gets along well with everyone from all walks of life, and he's just... a genuinely nice dude. He's got really domestic hobbies that include, but aren't limited to: cooking, baking, cleaning, and general homemaking. Maybe it's because he's an orphan with no family to speak of and no home of his own, so he tries really hard to make wherever he is as homey as possible.
Has a tendency to blow his paycheck on quality food ingredients, booze, and gambling/women. Not that he ever gets close to any of them. He's been very careful to not get attached to anyone since he accidentally killed his wife. Too risky, with his line of work.
As his work largely involves cover operations and intelligence gathering, he tends to use his good looks and affable nature to get his way a lot. Can and will seduce people just to get the things he needs for the job. Despite this, still an assassin and will absolutely kill people with zero hesitation. Though, the jobs he work on are usually people he'd argue deserve it: human traffickers, mafia bosses, yakuza, shady organizations, etc.
Has a lot of internalized guilt over his wife's death. Which he very much buries in work, gambling, and everything but dealing with his emotions. Will absolutely not second guess why he's at Sex Trafficking Fake Jail because eh, he deserves it really.
Also, very much a disaster pan. Heavy on the disaster and the pan. Just likes people. All people. There's attractive people everywhere. Will find out he very much doesn't mind sleeping with people for cash, maybe he's in the wrong profession....
What did they do to end up here?:
Ah man, he's an assassin. Has killed or helped kill a lot of people. Espionage. Forgery. Seducing people to get information. Accidental manslaughter if you want to get really technical. (Spoilers, but his wife followed him on a job, got too close and died in an explosion he caused. She was pregnant. It's been a few years, but unsurprisingly, he's still not over it.)
